As for the ingredients you have to ensure that you have at least four times the amount of hops you would have used for a mini-batch and obviously that you have enough water to top up your fermenter - I would suggest at least about 15 liters of water for this...
Malt:
- 800g Pale Malt
- 150g Cara Gold
- 225g Cara Munich II
- 75g Crystal Malt
- 2kg Dried Malt Extract (added to boil not mash)
Hop Additions:
- 25g Nugget @ 60min (boil time remaining)
- 20g Cascade @ 10min (boil time remaining)
- 10g Cascade @ 2min (boil time remaining)
